Responsibilities:

1. Align with the Program Manager and individual Digital Delivery leads on the Delivery roadmap and plans.
2. Serve as a liaison between the offshore development team and the onshore Program team.
3. Track committed deliverables with offshore teams, escalate any risks and issues with the Program Manager and individual Delivery leads.
4. Ensure quality standards, best coding practices, and security guidelines are adhered to.
5. Provide clear and timely communications to the Program.
6. Manage and provide visibility in team holidays and coverage plans.
7. Foster a collaborative, productive environment across remote teams.

Qualifications & Requirements:

1. Proven experience managing offshore or distributed project teams.
2. Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project management methodologies.
3. Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
4. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
5. PMP or Agile certification.
6. Hands-on experience with project management tools like Jira, Confluence.
7. Experience working across multiple time zones and cultures.
