The Project Manager will manage all phases of various Architecture Healthcare Design projects. Supervise small to large teams, produce, delegate, and coordinate the work, and review and approve the work of all internal and external team members. Provide final review and approvals of all code analysis, material selections, and specifications. Oversee construction document production and management of BIM model. Attend client meetings and regularly interface with clients and consultants. Coordinate with all levels of personnel on a regular basis to ensure projects are executed according to plan. Account for the team’s execution of the work in the most efficient and technically feasible manner.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to plan, organize, mentor, direct, and evaluate work for others. Excellent presentation and communication skills are required, along with strong client management and leadership skills. The ability to excel in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment, with an emphasis on customer service, teamwork, communication, follow-through, and accuracy is essential. Lead the design, documentation, and construction administration process. Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and Sketch-Up is preferred.
Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in architecture; a Master’s degree in architecture is a plus. 10 to 35 years of Architecture and Design experience, with at least 10 years in Architecture Healthcare Design. Candidates must be a Registered Architect and/or working towards their Registration license.
A generous salary of $80,000 - $130,000 plus a benefits package will be provided. Remote-hybrid work is available, but candidates must live locally to the Orlando, FL area. US Citizenship, Permanent Resident, or Green Card is required.
