Job Details

In this role, you will be part of the Aviation, Transit, and Commercial Buildings team, within the Buildings Sector, based in Atlanta, Georgia.

Responsibilities

• Manage the design, production, and coordination of projects locally in Georgia and nationwide.
• Communicate effectively with clients, project stakeholders, and team members.
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and project teams, including subconsultants.
• Negotiate fees, schedules, and contract terms beneficial to EXP and acceptable to clients.
• Ensure projects are delivered within financial and schedule parameters, exceeding client expectations.
• Participate in business development activities such as market research, client meetings, marketing proposals, and interviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture or Engineering from an accredited university.
• Architectural License or Professional Engineer License.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
• Proven track record of exceptional performance.
• Experience across sectors like Aviation, Rail + Transit, Federal Government, and Higher Education.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD, Revit, and financial management software.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
