Qualifications

• At least 3 years of professional experience in project management or related role.
• Operational/process improvement experience.
• Project management experience/skills.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid).
• Data analysis skills/experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities.
• Ability to create clear, concise reports.
• Ability to lead small meetings and capture action items.

Responsibilities

• Manages all aspects of assigned projects through the lifecycle, including scope, schedule, resources, quality, costs and change.
• Develops and maintains detailed project plans with milestones and dates.
• Revises plans to meet changing needs.
• Schedules and conducts project meetings and records minutes.
• Prepares project status reports for leadership.
• Facilitates follow-up with stakeholders.
• Coordinates process improvements and governance changes.
• Oversees external vendors when engaged.
• Provides training to project management team members.
• Acts as liaison between Appeals & Grievances and PEGA teams.
• Manages SOPs, workflows, and job aides for PEGA.
• Creates process documents across states.
• Works with executive teams.
