Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in management, business, or a related field from an accredited institution of higher education from an accredited institution of higher education
At least two or more years experience in project or program management, including budget management and timeline adherence
Experience analyzing and interpreting data and make informed decisions
Applicable equivalencies may be considered for the above qualifications.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in management, business, higher educationor a related field from an accredited institution of higher education
At least five or more years experience in project or program management, including budget management and timeline adherence
Effective process improvement experience
Experience with assessment based on learning outcomes
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities (KSAs):
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience and skills communicating proactively with team members and stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex information clearly
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and time management skills
Ability to work in an environment where processes are being defined and contribute to overall development and improvement of project management processes
Ability to perform with strong attention to detail
