Project Manager/Analyst (On-Site)

Overview: The Project Manager/Analyst will provide leadership, strategic and technical direction in support of the U.S. Army Installation Management Command (IMCOM) Central Region Army Community Service (ACS) Support program.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Provide operational oversight and excellence.
- Responsible for the overall execution and administration of the program.
- Functions as SRI’s primary point of contact to the COR.
- Responsible for the satisfactory supervision of staff members, including verifying attendance and upholding the work requirements of all personnel assigned under the contract.
- Assess risk, develop, implement, and evaluate safety and intervention plans to meet victims’ needs.
- Operate within established guidelines of the ACS Programs, including FAP, Relocation Readiness Program (RELO) / Information & Referral (I&R), Employment Readiness Program (ERP), Mobilization and Deployment (MOB/DEP), Financial Readiness Program (FRP) / Army Emergency Relief (AER), and Army Family Team Building (AFTB).
Required Skills, Education, Experience & Abilities
- Possess good analytical skills, time management, and be an independent thinker.
- Have prior Military experience or experience with Military Family programs and non-clinical case management (preferred).
- Demonstrate five (5) years of skills management and the supervision of personnel.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology; marriage, family, and child counseling; counseling or behavioral science; sociology, education; community health or public health, business management, human resources, or criminal justice.
- Minimum of one year of experience working in a Military Family Support Center (FSC) or Civilian social service agency serving Military Families.
- Working knowledge of Family violence dynamics, safety planning, risk assessments, local community resources, and relevant laws.
- Working knowledge of Military protocol when addressing Officers, NCOs, and Government personnel.
- Effective communication skills with Civilian and Military personnel at all levels.
- Understanding, sensitivity, and empathy for victims.
- Ability to develop trusting relationships and work effectively with diverse backgrounds.
- Intervention skills in crisis situations, with sound judgment and ethical practice.
- Experience conducting briefings for various groups.
- Ability to collaborate with medical, social service, law enforcement, and legal personnel.
- Valid, unrestricted motor vehicle license.
- Physical ability to perform duties involving transportation, lifting, setup, and standing/walking during activities.
- Computer literacy for preparing documentation, reports, and data entry.
