Position Overview:

Client is revolutionizing the AEC (Architecture, Engineering & Construction) industry by embedding AI/ML into products like AutoCAD, Revit, Construction Cloud, and our industry cloud platform, Forma. We’re seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead the execution and strategic alignment of the AEC Generative AI initiative, driving end-to-end planning, cross-functional coordination, and product delivery.

This role sits at the intersection of AI, product innovation, and program execution, requiring close collaboration with AI/ML engineers, researchers, software architects, and product leaders. You will define and operationalize program strategies, manage cross-functional projects, and influence executive-level decisions—all with the goal of delivering scalable, impactful AI-based solutions for AEC.

Reporting to: Senior AI/ML Development Manager, AEC Solutions

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the execution of the AEC Generative AI strategy, translating vision into actionable workstreams
• Lead large-scale, cross-functional programs aligned with organizational priorities
• Monitor progress, resolve blockers, and manage risk across projects
• Build and sustain strategic partnerships across product, design, research, and engineering teams
• Foster team learning and growth through mentoring, knowledge sharing, and training initiatives
• Communicate program updates and milestones clearly across all levels of the organization
• Champion process improvements and define scalable workflows
• Support design meetings, documentation, and resource accuracy
• Ensure projects stay on track by anticipating bottlenecks and balancing scope, schedule, and technical trade-offs

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5+ years of program management and strategic planning experience
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related technical field
• Experience applying AI/ML in professional products
• Proven track record of taking products from research through launch
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
• Data-driven mindset with a collaborative and inclusive leadership style

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with AEC tools or Autodesk products (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD)
• Familiarity with AEC data schemas and standards
• Knowledge of data ingestion pipelines, AI/ML infrastructure, and resilient systems
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Business degree or business acumen is a plus
• Comfortable adapting in a dynamic, fast-paced tech environment
• Technically fluent and comfortable simplifying complexity
• Passionate about scalable, efficient, and user-centric solutions
• Proactive and automation-driven
