We’re seeking an experienced and collaborative Construction Project Manager who thrives when people are in sync and projects are running not just on time but within budget. Based at our client’s site in the Syracuse, Rochester or Buffalo areas, you will report directly to the Project Executive and will work alongside other project team members focusing on projects from conception to close‑out. You’ll manage advanced technology projects using established controls/procedures and provide job‑site leadership in all areas of scheduling, safety, quality, coordination with the designers and any critical issues pertinent to the project or the client’s facility. You will also have a full working knowledge of the change‑order and cost‑review process as well as the review/approval of contractor’s payment application.
Bring your expertise to solve complex problems and provide effective, skilled project management to help reduce the costs of delivering projects. Your ability to multi‑task, communicate effectively and tackle project challenges will allow you to thrive in our fast‑paced environment.

The base salary range for this position is $155,000.00 to $165,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
