What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead IT projects from initiation to completion, including software implementations, system integrations, and upgrades
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget
- Build and maintain project schedules in MS Project, reconciling time cards and financial forecasts
- Anticipate and manage project risks, issues, and decisions, preparing regular status reports
- Assist the PMO with project plan updates and monitoring various project data points

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum five years of current project management experience delivering IT projects with budgets of at least $150K
- Minimum three years of experience using MS Project in a collaborative environment
- Demonstrated capability in project management competencies, including planning, executing, monitoring, and controlling IT projects
- Experience managing vendors and executing statements of work (SOWs)
- Strong personal drive for results and ability to navigate project limitations

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Project Server experience is preferred
- Familiarity with effort-driven project planning techniques in MS Project
- Understanding of MS Project’s schedule engine logic
- Proven track record of successfully delivering IT projects from start to finish
- Ability to effectively manage project teams and resources
