Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Residential Construction Project Manager to lead and coordinate HVAC and plumbing on our construction projects from inception to completion. Duties

• Manage HVAC & plumbing construction projects from start to finish
• Build and maintain project schedules
• Coordinate with builders, homeowners, vendors, and internal teams
• Review plans, specs, and contracts for accuracy
• Track job progress, budgets, and labor performance
• Conduct site visits to ensure quality and safety
• Work with estimating and operations to maintain job margins
• Liaison between Builder/Client and Technical Manager
• Main point of contact between field teams and builders

Qualifications

• Experience in construction project management
• Experience in HVAC/plumbing preferred but not required
• Strong scheduling and coordination skills
• Ability to read blueprints and construction documents
• Solid understanding of budgets, job costing, and project flow
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Strong communication with both field teams and clients
• Experience with construction software (Service Titan is a plus)
• Ability to quickly respond to unexpected changes in the schedule
