iTech AG in Arlington, VA seeks a Technical Project Manager to lead delivery and training for a federal ServiceNow implementation. You will coordinate the project team and client stakeholders across planning, configuration, migration, testing, go-live, and knowledge transfer.

The initial scope covers ITSM and Strategic Portfolio Management, plus migration of Jira and Confluence data, with additional modules possible.

Formación

• At least 10 years of IT project leadership across all phases.
• Experience managing project schedules, risks, requirements, testing, and delivery across multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to develop and deliver user training and guide operational knowledge transfer.
• Ability to support Eastern Time core hours and travel to client facilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead kickoff, discovery workshops, sprint planning, demonstrations, UAT coordination, go-live preparation, and post-launch handoff
• Maintain the work management plan, delivery schedule, staffing assignments, risk and issue registers, dependencies, decisions, and project status reports
• Facilitate two-week delivery sprints, maintain a prioritized backlog, translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria, and track work through testing and approval
• Coordinate weekly technical discussions and monthly progress reviews with client and contractor stakeholders; clearly communicate status and escalations
• Work with technical leads to coordinate ServiceNow ITSM and SPM implementation and approved Jira and Confluence migration, including validation and cutover planning
• Develop or coordinate role-based training materials, quick-reference guides, and knowledge articles; deliver instructor-led training before go-live and advanced sessions thereafter
• Track required deliverables and quality evidence; partner with the Government project manager and technical leads to resolve issues within approved scope, hours, and security requirements
• Other duties as assigned

OVERVIEW

iTech AG seeks a Technical Project Manager to lead delivery and training for a federal enterprise ServiceNow implementation. The role coordinates the project team and client stakeholders across planning, configuration, migration, testing, go-live, and knowledge transfer. The initial work covers IT service management, strategic portfolio management, and migration of Jira and Confluence data. Additional modules may enter scope if ordered.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 10 years of overall experience leading all phases of diverse information technology (IT) projects
• Experience managing project schedules, risks, stakeholder communications, requirements, testing, and delivery across multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to develop and deliver user training and guide operational knowledge transfer
• Ability to support Eastern Time core hours and travel to client facilities for scheduled project activities
• Ability to perform essential job duties and responsibilities, with or without reasonable accommodations

EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Project or product leadership on federal ServiceNow implementations, including workflow design and stakeholder workshops
• Hands-on experience creating user stories, managing product backlogs, leading sprint ceremonies, and facilitating program increment planning in Agile or SAFe environments
• Experience mapping current and future business processes, analyzing operational data, and preparing executive-level status reports
• Experience coordinating legacy system integrations or data migration, especially Jira or Confluence
• Experience developing training materials and instructing varied user groups

SECURITY CLEARANCE

• Tier 1 background investigation
• Drug Screening
• Pursuant to government contracts, U.S. citizenship is required

PAY INFORMATION

The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $160,000 - $170,000. The final salary offered will be determined on a variety of factors, including the selected candidate's qualifications, experience, education, skills, internal equity, and market considerations, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. This salary range represents iTech AG's good faith estimate for this position at the time of posting, and not all candidates will qualify for the top of the range.
