Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of IT project management experience.
• Experience managing medium to large, complex projects.
• Experience in consulting or professional services environments.
• Strong understanding of technology, information systems, data, and business processes.
• Experience using project management tools such as Microsoft Project.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of IT solutions across multiple domains, including system integrations and software implementations.
• Data management, visualization, and architecture.
• IT strategy and program management.
• Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, including estimation, requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, risk/issue management, change control, and delivery.
• Oversee multiple workstreams and cross-functional project teams to ensure successful execution.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Develop, manage, and track project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
• Support Statement of Work (SOW) creation, resource planning, and client presentations.
• Manage project expectations, clearly define roles and responsibilities, and ensure stakeholder alignment.
• Identify opportunities to support business development and expand client relationships.
• Review and approve project-related financials, including invoices, timesheets, and expenses.

This role is responsible for managing complex, medium- to large-scale projects from initiation through completion, ensuring successful delivery aligned with client objectives.

What You Will Do
