Convergint is seeking a full-time Project Manager to drive delivery of building automation and life-safety projects. You will manage budgets, timelines, and quality while maintaining strong client relationships and safety standards.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, translate customer needs into action plans, and ensure accurate reporting. A college degree or equivalent and PMI credentials are valued, with a collaborative, growth-minded culture.

Qualifications

• PM experience in a technical environment (building automation, fire alarm or life safety).
• Strong analytical and cost-control abilities.
• Ability to lead and mentor teams and manage client relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• PMI certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage, oversee, and coordinate many aspects for small to medium projects of moderate complexity from award through completion of project.

Translate a variety of customer needs / requirements into detailed proposals and project implementation plans to meet Customer requirements.

Effectively communicate project requirements to project team and wider organization as and when required andmaintainsaccurate and up to date records of job status, job changes, material flow and other control records necessary for processing of internal and external reports.

Acts as “our customer’s best service provider” at all timesthereby ensuring Convergint Technologies is the customer’s first choice for service.

Coordinate the procurement of materials, supplies, services, and controls necessary for timely and cost-effective completion of project within budget.

Establish project milestones and analyze costs.

What You’ll Need

Project management experience in a technical environment (building automation systems, fire alarm systems, and/or electronic security systems).
