Job summary

MRN is seeking a Project Manager to deliver projects on time and within budget, in line with international laws and MRN procedures. The role involves coordinating a study team across Operations, Nursing, VCMT, P&C, Pharmacy and Quality to ensure successful delivery.

You will support PMO in providing timely performance information to leadership and sponsors, manage risks, and drive governance through study milestones.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years (4-5 years desirable) relevant experience to include sponsor/CRO, and/or site clinical research experience.
  • Proven effectiveness in leading cross-functional teams/matrix management experience.
  • Proven experience in planning and delivering projects on time and to budget.
  • Degree level education, or nursing equivalent, science/medical based subjects.

Responsibilities

  • Be part of the study team: Operations, Nursing, VCMT, P&C, Pharmacy and Quality to plan, manage, track and monitor projects.
  • Provide accurate information to PMG Head, Project Director, PM, clients and sponsors on project performance (financial and operational).
  • Undertake activities per MRN RACI and study delivery plans.
  • Create and implement project plans, assess risks, and develop contingency plans using MS-Project and service detail specs.
  • Drive cross-functional project activities and participate in study delivery plans.
  • Track and report study metrics to internal and external stakeholders and governance meetings.
  • Handle study close-out and archiving per MRN and sponsor requirements.

About the role…

We are now looking for a talented Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will deliver MRN projects on time and within budget, and in accordance with international laws and guidelines

The Project Manager will be responsible for:

  • Part of study team to include, Operations, Nursing, Vendor Contracts Management Team (VCMT), proposals and contracts (P&C), Pharmacy and Quality staff to plan, manage, track and monitor projects to ensure they are delivered on time and within budget, in compliance with MRN procedures and applicable regulations
  • Supported by the Project Management Office (PMO) provide accurate and timely information to the Project Management Group Head (PMGH), Project Director (PD), PM, clients and sponsors on overall project performance including both financial and operational aspects
  • Undertake activities as described below and participate in specific activities as defined in MRN RACI or appropriate study delivery plan/ study activities
  • Create and implement individual plan(s) for assigned project(s), as applicable, to include an assessment of potential risks to the project delivery and a contingency plan. Use tools such as MS-Project and the service detail specification Manage and participate in internal and external kick off meetings, with understanding of study objectives and customer requirements
  • Drive cross-functional project activities, as appropriate in the study delivery plan
  • Use study metrics to track and report activities, risks internally and externally (including governance meetings)
  • Study close-out and archiving according to MRN and any sponsor specific requirements
Skills, Experience, and Qualifications…

We are looking for talented individuals who have working knowledge of ICH GCP and appropriate regulatory laws and guidelines. Individuals who have the ability to multi-task, problem solve and priorities a complex workload is a must.

We are interested to hear from individuals with the following experience:
