Job summary

TRC Worldwide Engineering, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead and manage a portfolio of precast and post-tension concrete projects.

You will direct Project Coordinators and Technicians while collaborating with Project Engineers to deliver successful outcomes for large commercial structures. The role requires extensive experience in precast/pre-stressed concrete design, strong leadership, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• B.S. Civil Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 10+ years of experience managing the design of precast/pre-stressed concrete structures and products.
• Successful mentorship and development of others.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Familiarity with design, utilizing various engineering software.
• Ability to work in a fast paced team oriented environment.
• Highly organized and self-motivated.
• Willing and able to adapt as necessary to support changing business needs.

Responsibilities

• Day to day project management of complex projects on a wide variety of precast and pre-stressed concrete structures and connections for large commercial buildings such as stadiums/ arenas, dormitories, parking garages, office buildings, etc.
• Provide management, guidance, training, and mentorship to a team of, Project Coordinators and Technicians
• Construction administration of projects including processing submittals and site inspections
• Ensure clients are satisfied and all assigned deadlines are met

Job description

The Project Manager is an integral member of the project team, one who is responsible for: project management of a variety of engineering projects, leading and directing Project Coordinators and Technicians, and collaborating with Project Engineers to produce successful project outcomes.
