Job summary

Leitch Musgrove & McNeal Inc is seeking a Project/Production Manager to organize and oversee the manufacturing of industrial heat treat furnaces. You will be responsible for the smooth running of all production lines and the quality of output to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include budgeting, coordinating with other managers, maintaining safety standards, and reporting to upper management.

The goal is to ensure an efficient and productive manufacturing process that meets customer requirements.
