The Project Manager position at MRI is a key leadership role within the organization focused on client satisfaction, operational excellence, and successful project execution. The Project Manager serves as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and aligned with client expectations. This role emphasizes relationship‑building, proactive communication, team leadership, and a “client first” mindset that consistently exceeds expectations.
The MRI Project Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining long‑term client relationships while overseeing the successful coordination and execution of facility service operations and projects. This position works closely with clients, internal teams, supervisors, subcontractors, and field personnel to ensure operational goals are achieved and customer expectations are exceeded.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, along with a solid background in facility operations, project coordination, and customer service.
Requires driving to and from client facilities, walking, and lifting 50lbs; at times working outside, kneeling, and crouching. May be required to work nights and weekends, and may be required to work unscheduled hours or as needed. Maintain shop organization, inventory closets, etc.
Position may be physically demanding, requiring sitting, walking, or standing for long periods of time, and lifting, pushing, and/or pulling heavy objects. Requires driving regularly.
MRI maintenance supervisors, site supervisors, sub‑contractors, and cleaning crews as assigned.
