Seaton Construction, a Wichita-based leading industrial and commercial contractor, seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead multiple projects with Superintendents. You will handle procurement, budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination, while ensuring quality and safety across industrial/commercial sites.

Required are a university degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 5 years in construction project management. Light travel and strong communication are expected.

Competenze

• Formal degree in engineering or construction management or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial/industrial construction project management.
• Ability to travel for job-site activities and pass drug screen/background checks.

Mansioni

• Manage multiple projects with supervision from Superintendents.

• Oversee budgeting, cost controls, change orders and contract management.
• Lead planning, design review, quality control and safety management.

We aim to develop long-term partnerships by understanding business goals and project needs. We are looking to add an experienced Project Manager to our growing team.

Project Management responsibilities include all facets of running, managing and/or supporting multiple projects simultaneously with Superintendents including but not limited to: procurement, subcontractor coordination, planning and scheduling, budgeting, contract management, administrative duties, etc. for industrial and commercial projects.

• Pre-construction and Design Review
• Quality Control and Safety Management
• Subcontractor Management
• Scheduling - Primavera
• Procore and Software Management
• Billings, Change Order and Contract Management - Cost Controls
• Project Budgeting & Cost Forecasting
• Run Weekly Staff / Internal Meetings
• Light Travel Expected
• Strong Communication Skills
• AutoCad and BIM is a plus
• Degree from accredited engineering and/or construction management is a plus

Education and Experience Requirements

• Relevant University Degree or Diploma (Mechanical, Civil or Electrical Engineering or Construction Management) or equivalent relative experience.
• Minimum 5 years experience in commercial and/or industrial construction project management

Other Requirements

• Ability to carry out duties in varying work environments including wide ranging weather conditions and terrain.
• Ability to travel for short periods of time to support job site activities.
• Regularly sit, stand, climb ladders and stairs, walk and talk and listen.
• Occasionally lift and move objects up to 30 pounds.
• Regular and predictable attendance is required.
• Ability to pass drug screen and background check.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
