Job summary

Thomas Young Group is seeking an experienced concrete project manager to lead foundations, flatwork, walls, and structural concrete across residential and commercial projects in the DC area.

You will oversee crews, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring quality, safety, and on-time delivery while tracking budgets and progress. Proficiency with Procore and MS Project is valued, and OSHA 30 certification is preferred for the role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing residential and commercial concrete projects.
• Strong knowledge of forming systems, rebar, post-tension, and structural concrete.
• Ability to read plans, manage crews, and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
• Proficiency in construction/project management software such as Procore and MS Project.

• Manage scheduling, logistics, and execution of foundation, flatwork, walls, and structural concrete.

What you'll be doing:
