A leading tech company is seeking a Project Manager to support FAA surveillance and radar modernization efforts. The role involves managing resources, ensuring projects meet schedules and budgets, and interfacing with various stakeholders. Candidates should have a BA/BS degree and 4-8 years of relevant experience, along with proficiency in MS Project and Excel. Knowledge of FAA radar technology is preferred.
Leidos is currently seeking a driven, results oriented and motivated self-starter with a project and program management background to join the NISC team as a Project Manager in support of the Federal Aviation Administration's (FAA) surveillance and radar modernization effort. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, securing and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific program goals and objectives. Duties may include ensuring that all projects run within scope, time, and budget constraints. This role also interfaces with task and functional leaders, subcontractors, and support personnel coordinating activities to bring new equipment online at FAA facilities. The candidate will work independently on larger, moderately complex projects/assignments and may assist other professionals with tasks and assignments.
