What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end project management for initiatives across operations, technology, and business functions.

• Develop detailed project plans, track milestones, and manage schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including product, engineering, operations, marketing, and leadership.
• Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop mitigation plans to keep projects on track.
• Communicate project status, progress, and updates to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring transparency and alignment.
• Manage project budgets, resources, and vendor relationships when applicable.
• Drive adoption of project management best practices, tools, and methodologies across teams.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field (advanced degree or PMP certification is a plus).
• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role, preferably within a remote or distributed team.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering projects in fast-paced, evolving environments.
• Strong proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Jira, Trello, or MS Project.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills—you thrive on bringing structure to complexity.
