Procentrix is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee all facets of IT projects, including resources, architecture, development, operations, and maintenance. The role drives impediment removal and fosters a high-performing, continuous improvement environment.

The position coordinates with the Scrum Master and Solution Architect on program-wide topics, tracks interdependencies, and communicates progress to client leadership to ensure goals are met.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years IT project experience using agile methods.
  • 8+ years leading IT systems development projects, including for federal government customers.
  • PMP or similar certification.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Experience managing projects with 10+ FTE resources.
  • Experience covering requirements, development, operations and maintenance.
  • Experience leading Agile development and Scrum Master roles.
  • Experience defining and reporting metrics to track Agile progress.
  • Excellent written and oral communication and ability to engage senior management.
  • Experience delivering under tight timelines.

Job description

The project manager will manage all aspects of the project, including resources, architecture, development, operations, and maintenance. They will help remove impediments and foster an environment for high-performing team dynamics, continuous flow, and relentless improvement. This individual will be responsible for coordinating with the Scrum Master and Solution Architect on program-wide topics and processes that impact project delivery. This includes tracking parallel work streams, documenting interdependencies, managing risks and issues, and assisting with prioritization based upon priorities and available resources. Lastly, this individual will be responsible for communicating with and reporting progress to client leadership, ensuring that client goals for the application are addressed.

The projected compensation range for this position is $145K to $175K (annualized USD). The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is determined by various factors, including but not limited to the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as internal pay equity, location, contract-specific affordability and other organizational requirements.

Required Skills
  • At least 10 years of experience working in IT using agile methodologies.
