GovCIO is hiring an IT Project Manager to lead efforts supporting Air Combat Command, A6, at Warner Robins AFB, GA. This role is hybrid and will require coordinating across a multidisciplinary team to deliver contract deliverables and new products on schedule.

You will develop integrated plans, manage budgets, review progress, and communicate status to stakeholders. A High School diploma with 3–6 years of experience is required, and active Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI is

Competenze

• Knowledge of Air Force cybersecurity processes focused on IATT/ATO (ITIPS, SNAP, waivers, etc.).
• Knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities and functionalities.
• Understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, and software development lifecycles.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

Creates integrated project plans for contract deliverables and new products in development projects. Manages a project team comprised of a multidisciplinary staff. Reviews, manages and controls status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with team members and line managers. Generally reports to a Program Manager.

• Manages the direction of a project through the design, implementation, and testing in accordance with project objectives.
• Defines requirements and plans project lifecycle deployment.
• Supervises professional and technical support personnel performing in their regular disciplines.
• Schedules tasks and coordinates with various team members to accomplish the results.
• Manages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables.
• Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables.
• Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project tracking, analysis and reporting.

Qualifications

High School with 3 - 6 years (or commensurate experience)

Required Skills and Experience

• Clearance Required: Active Secret with the ability to obtain TS/SCI
• Knowledge of the Air Force cybersecurity processes focused on obtaining system IATT/ATO (ITIPS, SNAP, waivers, etc.)
• Knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities and functionalities.
• Proficient in project management software tools such as Microsoft Project and ServiceNow SPM/PPM.
• Understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, and software development lifecycles.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
• Experience working with U.S. Government Agencies
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Posted Salary Range

USD $110,000.00 - USD $120,000.00 /Yr.
