Diné Development Corporation (DDC) is seeking a Project Manager to oversee programmatic execution of contract deliverables, subcontracts, task orders, and reporting for designated facilities such as Wallops Island, VA. Responsibilities

• Manage deliverable schedules, task-order execution (including firm-fixed-price and time-and-materials work), and reporting cadence.
• Administer the teaming/subcontract agreement; coordinate subcontractor scopes, invoices, and performance.
• Prepare and quality-check monthly progress reports, financial tracking, and metrics; support COR communications.
• Coordinate vendor and supplier setup (disposal, laboratory, sampling, transportation) and track procurement of long-lead items (e.g., vehicles/equipment).
• Support onboarding, badging, and systems-access workflows for incoming staff.
• Serve as deputy/alternate to the Site Manager and as primary point of contact for the assigned facility when designated.
