Job summary

Lumicity seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager in Salt Lake City, Utah, focusing on grocery and retail construction, with a track record of delivering projects from preconstruction through closeout.

You will manage budgets, schedules, contracts, and project controls; coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subs and vendors; lead meetings; and travel as needed. This is a long-term role with growth potential and ESOP participation.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager in general contracting.
• Experience managing grocery store construction projects.
• Strong background in retail and commercial construction.
• Experience overseeing projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Strong understanding of contracts, budgets, scheduling, and project controls.
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel to project locations.

About the Opportunity

A well-established General Contractor is looking to add an experienced Senior Project Manager to their team in Salt Lake City, Utah. This position will focus primarily on retail construction, with a strong emphasis on grocery store projects.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing grocery and retail projects from preconstruction through completion and be comfortable overseeing projects in different markets.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial retail projects from preconstruction through closeout
