Our solutions reduce manual effort, improve data flow, and accelerate time‑to‑market. At Dyad, we focus on enabling scalable growth through modern, product‑driven insurance technology.

About the Role

The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in delivering successful customer‑facing projects by ensuring structured execution, consistent governance, and transparent reporting. Serving as a key point of contact for U.S.‑based customers, this role requires working assigned U.S. business hours to provide responsiveness and maintain alignment with global delivery teams in India and the United States.

The Project Manager will be responsible for leading projects through the full lifecycle from planning and initiation, through execution and delivery, while ensuring customer satisfaction and operational discipline. This position requires strong project management expertise, the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and excellent communication skills to effectively interface with customers, executives, and cross‑functional teams.

In this role, the Project Manager will:

  • Translate business and technical requirements into executable project plans with clear scope, milestones, risks, and deliverables.
  • Drive execution by coordinating across Engineering, QA, Product, and Support functions, ensuring accountability and timely delivery.
  • Serve as the customer advocate within Dyad, ensuring issues are escalated and resolved quickly, and projects are delivered on schedule to the highest quality standards.
  • Provide regular updates, dashboards, and KPIs to leadership, highlighting progress, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of PMO processes and best practices to enhance scalability, transparency, and delivery consistency.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, global product organization, can balance detail orientation with big‑picture execution, and is passionate about building strong, trust‑based relationships with customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

PMO Governance

  • Apply and maintain PMO frameworks, tools, and standards aligned to Dyad’s global functional model.
  • Track project scope, timelines, risks, and delivery metrics.
  • Ensure consistent documentation and project health checks.

Project Delivery (Customer‑Facing)

  • Manage customer‑facing implementation or enhancement projects end‑to‑end.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, QA, and Support teams to drive delivery against scope, schedule, and quality standards.
  • Proactively escalate risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Maintain strong project communications with customers and internal teams.

Stakeholder & Customer Engagement

  • Act as the day‑to‑day point of contact for U.S. customer updates, escalations, and milestone tracking.
  • Provide clear, proactive communication to internal leaders on project progress.
  • Represent Dyad with professionalism and accountability in customer interactions.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Product Management to align project plans with roadmap priorities and dependencies.
  • Work with Engineering and QA to ensure clarity on delivery expectations, raise blockers, and contribute insights for process improvements.
  • Coordinate with the HR/People Team on resource needs, skill gaps, and workload balance where project outcomes are impacted.
  • Keep Executive Leadership informed on project KPIs, risks, and outcomes.

Metrics & Reporting

  • Track and report on KPIs such as on‑time delivery %, risk closure rate, and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide project dashboards and status updates for leadership.
Required Skills & Experience

Skills & Experience

  • 5 – 7 years of project management experience in SaaS or product‑based organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and hybrid delivery practices.
  • Proven ability to manage external, customer‑facing implementation or delivery projects.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working with U.S. clients in global delivery environments.
  • Familiarity with software development methodologies and tools (JIRA preferred).
  • PMP, or Agile certifications required.
  • Insurance/Product & Casualty domain knowledge strongly preferred.
