Project Manager at Shades of Web plays a pivotal role in ensuring that our projects are executed efficiently, on time, and in alignment with our clients' visions. This role involves close coordination with both our talented in-house development and design teams and our esteemed clients spread globally. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing complex web-based projects and ensuring that all project variables are monitored and controlled.

Responsibilities

• Daily Standup Calls: Conduct daily standup meetings with the design and development teams to track progress, address roadblocks, and ensure smooth communication.
• Client Communication: Organise and lead regular standup calls with clients to keep them updated, gather feedback, and ensure their expectations are being met.
• Project Management: Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget. Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
• Tool Management: Make efficient use of project management tools to monitor project variables, risks, and ensure all are tracked and managed efficiently.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Technical Manager to drive project efficiencies, troubleshoot challenges, and bring innovations in the project execution process.
• Reporting: Track and report project performance, specifically to analyse the successful completion of short- and long-term goals.
• Continuous Improvement: Participate in internal and external Scrum workshops, bringing back best practices and continuous improvements to the team.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
• MBA in Computer Science or Information Technology
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum methodology, artifacts, and tools.
• Exceptional client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a multicultural and multi-regional setup.
• Familiarity with software development life cycles and web technologies.
