About The Role:

Location: Work From Home (Remote)

Salary Package: 15k-20k/Month (Starting Salary, will increase on the basis of performance)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work closely with the Team to develop and execute Growth Strategies for all clients.
• Work closely with Editors, Graphic designers and other stakeholders and ensure completion of content for Client Channels.
• Manage client relationships and communicate project updates, ensuring complete transparency
• Monitor project KPIs and prepare comprehensive reports for stakeholders
• Implement and maintain project management systems and workflows
• Conduct regular team meetings to align goals and track progress
• Guide and mentor team members to enhance productivity and quality

We are looking for people with :

• 1- 2 years of project management experience in digital marketing or creative agencies.
• Strong understanding of video content creation and YouTube ecosystem
• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
• Proficiency in project management tools and Google Workspace
• Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
• Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions
• Experience in social media content planning and strategy is a plus
• Most importantly, a proactive leader who takes ownership of their responsibilities
