Job summary

Benifex Limited is seeking a Project Manager to join the UK & Ireland services team. You will lead multiple customer implementations, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure delivery across the full project lifecycle.

You’ll manage discovery, design, build, testing, and go-live phases in a fast-paced SaaS environment, with onboarding and mentoring support. A proactive, organised approach and strong collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years’ experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role.
• Experience working with external clients or in a customer-facing environment.
• Strong communication skills with the confidence to lead discussions and build client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of projects across multiple customers, ensuring delivery to time, scope, and quality expectations.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, leading regular meetings and maintaining strong relationships.
• Coordinate delivery across project phases including discovery, design, build, testing, and go-live.
• Balance multiple projects at different stages, effectively prioritising tasks and managing competing deadlines.
• Maintain project plans, documentation, and RAID logs to ensure effective tracking and governance.
• Support customer testing and implementation activities, ensuring a smooth delivery experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless project outcomes.
• Monitor project risks and issues, escalating where required to ensure successful delivery.

What are we looking for?

• 2–5 years’ experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role


• Experience working with external clients or in a customer-facing environment


• Strong communication skills with the confidence to lead discussions and build client relationships


• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities


• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive approach to delivery


• Ability to absorb knowledge quickly and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment


• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams


• Energy, engagement, and curiosity – with a genuine interest in delivering great customer outcomes
