Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects ranging from renovations to large-scale builds. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage projects from pre-construction through completion.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of commercial construction projects, from pre-construction through close-out.
• Collaborate with owners, design teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Prepare contracts, manage budgets, and track project costs.
• Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely delivery.
• Lead project meetings and coordinate across stakeholders.
• Review and approve project submittals, change orders, and cost adjustments.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction (general contractor preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, estimating, and construction processes.
