About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex construction projects from inception to completion within our facilities. This role is pivotal in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and technical excellence. The successful candidate will own the project scope, schedule, and financials, coordinate multi-functional teams, and manage vendor relationships effectively.

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all phases of construction projects, including planning, design reviews, bidding, contract execution, and project development activities. • Ensure all work complies with Micron's safety, environmental, and quality standards by proactively identifying hazards and implementing appropriate resolutions.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project financials, including estimates, forecasts, cash flow management, and cost controls to ensure financial targets are met.
  • Build, manage, and adjust detailed project schedules, removing roadblocks and facilitating multi-team alignment to keep projects on track.
  • Lead design reviews, oversee competitive bidding processes, execute contracts, and coordinate project programming and development activities to meet project objectives.
