We're seeking a Project Manager to join us.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for gathering requirements and managing the delivery of requests through on-going project management to ensure projects remain on schedule and are completed satisfactorily.

What you’ll do:
  • Assume responsibility of operations projects including; requirement gathering, approval, timeline and project plan creation, tracking, support and communication to all teams involved
  • Track progress against milestones, budgetary guidelines, or other performance indicators, and prepare reports for senior management
  • Communicate enhancements, updates and issues to end users
  • Review and approve weekly status reports for accuracy, communicate where appropriate
  • Act as liaison between internal operations teams and end users
  • Distribute incoming issues to appropriate teams and ensure resolution
What you’ll bring to Zotec:
  • Bachelor’s degree or comparable education and job-related experience
  • 2 + years of project management experience
  • Microsoft Office experience
  • Ability to see the big picture while working through requirements and requests
  • Proven ability to build relationships and provide meaningful project recommendations
  • Excellent analytical, communication and organizational skills
  • Must be able to communicate effectively and confidently with project team members and management
