This role will play a key part in delivering multiple construction and engineering projects across highly regulated operational environments, with projects at different stages including mobilisation, delivery and closeout.This is a brilliant opportunity for experienced construction or engineering Project Managers who enjoy variety, responsibility and working closely with clients, contractors and operational teams. You'll be leading projects from early-stage definition through to delivery, helping shape project briefs, assess site requirements, develop programmes, manage risks and keep projects moving safely, commercially and compliantly.
day-to-day focus will be strongly front-end and pre-construction led, including planning, estimating, client engagement and mobilisation, while also overseeing delivery where required.
We're looking for people with proven experience delivering construction or engineering projects from pre-construction through to completion, with strong programme, commercial and stakeholder management skills. You'll be comfortable managing multiple priorities, working with contractors and supply chain partners, and operating in environments where safety, compliance and quality really matter.You'll need a strong construction background, supported by an appropriate CSCS card, and ideally SMSTS, IOSH, project management qualifications or MCIOB membership.
The roles are expected to involve regular site presence, with candidates likely to be mainly fixed to travel to both sites with occasional home working where project activity allows.
For NRS activity, Triple Bar training is required through a three-hour online course with videos and assessment. SC Clearance may also be required, although this may not always be needed before gaining site access.
