Job summary

NEO Energy is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale Utility Scale Solar EPC projects across multiple locations in the USA. The role focuses on planning, budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating resources to ensure timely, compliant project delivery.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in Solar/BESS project management, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency in Procore or Microsoft Project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management within Solar/BESS.
• Proven experience managing large-scale projects with complex requirements.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies, to ensure effective communication and project alignment.
• Supervise and mentor project teams, providing guidance and support to junior staff.
• Identify and resolve project issues, risks, and challenges proactively.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality control measures, and regulatory requirements.

The Company: NEO Energy is partnered with a leading EPC within the Renewable energy space, to identify Project Manager' to their team. - EPC Utility Scale Solar Experience is required.

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee large-scale Utility Scale Solar projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating resources to ensure timely and successful project completion.
