Job Objective

Manage customer programs in alignment with strategic, sales, and profitability targets.

Location Requirement

This position requires regular travel to Buford, Georgia. Over time, relocation to Buford may be necessary based on business needs and project demands. Candidates must be comfortable with both frequent travel and the possibility of relocation.

Main Responsibilities
  • Execute regional customer projects to meet cost, quality, and timing targets for both the company and the customer, with strong involvement of the plants from project initiation.
  • Drive effective GM-oriented change management throughout the customer project development phase and ensure all project quality gates are met.
  • Manage the regional portfolio from early development through the spare parts phase, coordinating with specialist departments.
  • Implement regional strategy regarding products, customers, and plants.
  • Actively pursue follow-up and additional projects in alignment with the sales strategy, coordinating internal efforts.
  • Ensure tool invoicing aligns with budget expectations.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Support all relevant line function tasks within regional project management.
Skills & Competencies
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in engineering, with strong business acumen.
  • 3–6 years of experience in an industrial company, ideally within the automotive sector.
  • 1–2 years of experience in an international environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership and cross-cultural thinking.
  • Proficiency in Automotive Core Tools (APQP, FMEA, PPAP), with a focus on problem-solving.
