Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in BA/BS in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years progressive experience in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day client interactions and operational aspects of multiple projects.
• Controls project budgets and financial components to ensure delivery within budget.
• Develops detailed project schedules, tracks progress, variance, and critical path.
• Communicates project progress to stakeholders and leads cross-functional teams.
• Ensures risk and issues are identified and resolved; maintains client relationships and scope control.
• Reviews deliverables and ensures quality before client delivery.

Job Summary

The Project Manager manages key client projects. Project management responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope. The Project Manager oversees all aspects of projects, sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, monitors, and reports on the progress of projects.

Job Responsibilities

• Manages the day-to-day customer interaction, operational, and tactical aspects of multiple projects
• Understands and manages key project financial components to ensure projects are delivered within budget
• Excellent understanding of financial processes; ability to understand, analyze and create financial reports
• Effectively manages to the triple constraint, Time/Cost/Schedule
• Develops and manages a detailed project schedule to track progress, variance and critical path
• Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills; Monitors and reports on project progress to stakeholders
• Leads internal resources and third parties/vendors to successful execution of projects. Proficient in creating and executing a communication plan
• Effectively manages stakeholder relationships. Including: the customer(s) and all internal and external stakeholders for the successful execution of projects
• Demonstrates a high-level of customer care and satisfaction
• Implements engagement review and quality assurance procedures in accordance with our methodology
• Ensures profitable and successful execution of all engagements as measured by regional goals and customer feedback
• Minimizes exposure to risk across multiple projects
• Proactively manage changes in project scope
• Reviews deliverables across projects and performs a QA function before delivery to the Client

Education

• A Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) in Business, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
• A combination of education, training and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Work Experience

• A minimum of 3 years' progressive experience in a related field (Required)

Other Work Experience

• 3-5 years progressive experience in a related field.
• Exposure to technology projects and project management.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Working knowledge of both the theoretical and practical aspects of project management, in a technology industry.
• Experience managing client expectations, vendor terms, and internal resource alignment
• Demonstrated leadership in providing project deliverables as assigned.
• Ability to manage budgets, analyze financial reports, and track profitability across projects.
• Skilled at navigating complex challenges with analytical rigor
• Understand difference between a risk and issue, and skills required to drive risk and issue resolution.
• Ability to work independently and aggressively track to project timelines.
• Proficiency in managing multiple projects, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines
• Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in effectively influencing and leading internal and external teams.
• Ability to influence, motivate, and guide cross-functional teams
• Excellent problem solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills to engage clients, teams, and executives
• Proficiency with project management software.
