Role Description

The Project Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Stoneham, MA. The Project Manager oversees HVAC and mechanical projects from planning through completion, coordinating resources, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing project timelines, directing field and office teams, communicating with clients and vendors, and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. The role involves reviewing plans and specifications, tracking material orders, resolving logistical and technical issues, and maintaining clear documentation and reporting. The Project Manager also supports continuous improvement efforts by identifying process efficiencies and contributing to best practices across projects.

Qualifications

• Strong project oversight capabilities, with skills in Project Management and coordination of multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience in Expediting and working as an Expeditor to ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment, and services.
• Knowledge of Inspection processes and quality control practices for HVAC and mechanical installations.
• Proficiency in Logistics Management, including scheduling, resource allocation, and supply chain coordination.
• Experience in construction or mechanical contracting (HVAC preferred), with familiarity in reading plans and specifications.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with field staff, clients, and vendors.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency with project management software and basic office applications (e.g., MS Office, scheduling tools).
