Ultimate Staffing is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support customer-facing hardware projects. You will serve as the main liaison between customers and our Taiwan-based engineering team, coordinating schedules and milestones to ensure timely delivery.

You will communicate requirements clearly, provide status updates, and use Microsoft Project to manage project timelines. Mandarin skills are a plus for this role based in the United States.

Formación

• 10+ years of project management experience preferred.
• Strong customer-facing communication and relationship management.
• Experience with hardware/manufacturing/tech environments preferred.
• Experience working with international teams highly desired.
• Mandarin language skills are a plus.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support customer-facing hardware projects. This individual will work directly with customers while coordinating project activities, schedules, and issue resolution with our Taiwan-based engineering team.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary liaison between customers and engineering teams
• Coordinate project schedules, deliverables, and communication
• Track project milestones and resolve issues impacting timelines
• Ensure customer requirements are clearly communicated and executed
• Provide project status updates and manage schedules using Microsoft Project

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of project management experience preferred
• Strong customer-facing communication and relationship management skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project required
• Experience in hardware, electronics, manufacturing, or technology environments preferred
• Experience working with international teams highly desired
• Mandarin language skills are a plus
