Project Manager (Part-Time, Remote)

Kennedys · Remote · Part-time

About Kennedys

Kennedys is an international law firm with expertise in dispute resolution and advisory services. With offices in major business hubs around the world, we combine global reach with local knowledge to help our clients navigate risk and unlock opportunities. Our culture is built on collaboration, innovation, and the belief that people do their best work when they’re supported, respected, and inspired.

The Role

We’re looking for a Project Manager who can help shape and deliver key projects across multiple business functions. You’ll act as the central point of coordination—driving schedules, facilitating communication, and ensuring milestones are achieved. Whether you’re supporting IT rollouts, process improvements, or client-facing initiatives, your role will be to keep everything moving forward, smoothly and transparently.

This is a part-time opportunity (approximately 20 hours per week) with flexible scheduling. The position is fully remote, giving you the freedom to work from anywhere while being part of a supportive, international team.

What You’ll Do

As our Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Project Planning & Execution: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with key stakeholders. Develop realistic timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Coordination & Communication: Act as the bridge between internal teams, external partners, and leadership. Facilitate meetings, document decisions, and maintain transparent reporting.
  • Tracking & Reporting: Monitor progress against timelines and budgets. Anticipate roadblocks, escalate issues, and recommend solutions before they become challenges.
  • Process & Tools: Apply project management best practices and ensure effective use of tools (such as MS Project, Jira, Trello, or Asana).
  • Continuous Improvement: Evaluate outcomes, gather lessons learned, and suggest process refinements for future projects.
What We’re Looking For

The right candidate will bring both professional expertise and the personal qualities that make a great project manager. Specifically, we’re looking for someone who has:

  • Proven experience in project management, ideally within professional services, law, consultancy, or technology-driven environments.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly, facilitate discussions, and build trust with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Organizational excellence—you’re comfortable juggling multiple projects, keeping detailed records, and prioritizing effectively.
  • Problem-solving mindset, with a proactive and resourceful approach to managing risks and overcoming obstacles.
  • Adaptability and independence, with the discipline to work remotely while staying engaged and accountable.
  • A project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum) is a plus, but not essential.
Why Join Us?

At Kennedys, we know that talented people are at the heart of our success. Here’s what you can expect when you join:

  • Flexibility: A part-time schedule and full remote arrangement designed to fit into your life.
  • Global Collaboration: Work alongside colleagues across different time zones, cultures, and areas of expertise.
  • Professional Growth: Gain exposure to high-profile projects with opportunities to expand your skills and knowledge.
  • Inclusive Culture: Be part of a team that values diversity, respect, and continuous learning.
  • Impactful Work: Your efforts will directly contribute to smoother operations, satisfied clients, and long-term business success.
