Preconstruction Manager

At Pyramid, the Preconstruction Manager role is a key leadership position responsible for guiding projects from early concept through final pricing and operational turnover. Preconstruction Managers work closely with clients, design teams, estimating staff, and operations leaders to develop budgets, evaluate risk, identify opportunities, and position projects for successful execution.

As experienced leaders within the preconstruction process, Preconstruction Managers help shape project strategy, support business development efforts, mentor team members, and strengthen client relationships. Preconstruction Manager – Lead Planning and Project Strategy

• Preconstruction Managers lead estimating, budgeting, procurement strategy, constructability reviews, and project planning efforts that establish the foundation for project success.
• This role serves as a key leadership position within Pyramid’s preconstruction organization and provides the foundation for broader leadership responsibilities.
