Job summary

Immedia is hiring a Project Manager with AV integration experience to lead projects from kickoff through closeout. You will coordinate engineering, installation, programming, commissioning, and subcontractors, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality are met with precision.

The role rewards a process-driven, organized professional who communicates effectively with clients, trades, and internal teams. Prior AV/Construction PM experience and certification are valued but not strictly required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of audiovisual integration or related project management experience.
• Strong understanding of construction fundamentals and sequencing.
• Proven ability to manage complex, fast-moving projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of accuracy, organization, and follow-through.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, OneNote).
• PMP and/or AVIXA CTS certifications preferred (not required).

• Plan, document, and execute AV integration projects from start to finish.
