Job summary

LMC Corporation is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead K-12 construction and renovation projects across occupied educational facilities in Texas. You will act as the primary liaison with the school district, coordinating subcontractors, managing budgets and schedules, and ensuring safety standards are met.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in K-12/public sector construction, OSHA 30, and proficiency with cost-estimating tools like RS Means CostWorks. A Texas driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of construction project management experience.
  • Experience managing K-12, municipal, or public-sector construction projects.
  • OSHA 30 Certification.
  • Proficiency with RS Means CostWorks or similar construction estimating platforms.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.

We're Hiring: Project Manager - K-12 Construction (SCUC ISD)

About LMC Corporation

LMC Corporation is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support our SCUC ISD contract. This position is responsible for managing multiple small-to-medium construction and renovation projects within occupied educational facilities while serving as the primary point of contact for the school district.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in K-12, municipal, or public-sector construction and excels at client communication, project coordination, budgeting, and schedule management.
