Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Construction Project Manager focused on multifamily development in Florida. You will oversee scheduling, budgeting, vendor coordination, and site performance to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to high quality and safety standards.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years managing MF projects (150+ units) at the GC level, with a CM/Engineering/Business degree and proficiency in Procore/Autodesk/BuilderTrend.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage ground-up multifamily projects from pre-construction through turnover.
• Ensure projects on time, within budget, and with high quality and safety.
• Review drawings, proposals, and project documents to define scope and resources.
• Lead subcontractor procurement, contracting, and performance management.
• Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, pay applications, and all project documentation.
• Conduct regular jobsite visits to monitor progress, quality, safety, and trade coordination.
• Prepare material take-offs, establish cost estimates, and track procurement schedules.
• Coordinate with internal development teams, engineers, architects, and inspectors.
• Maintain strong relationships with ownership, subcontractors, suppliers, and jurisdictional authorities.
• Manage project financials, forecasting, and reporting.
• Organize and oversee multiple activities and deadlines with professionalism and integrity.

I am seeking a Construction PM that specializes in Multi Family construction in the state of Florida. The Project Manager will oversee all aspects of multifamily construction—including scheduling, budget management, vendor coordination, and site performance—to ensure each project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. Candidates must have a proven track record of completing multifamily projects in a leadership role.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager specifically in multifamily construction.
• PM experience at a GC level, not at a home building level
• Proven record of success on large and/or complex multifamily projects. 150 units or more.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Proficiency with construction technology or builders software; Procore, Autodesk, BuilderTrend, etc.
• Strong understanding of vertical construction sequencing, MEP systems, and site development.
