Job summary

Syneos Health/ inVentiv Health Commercial LLC is seeking a capable Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary teams and oversee the production of agency work. You will drive execution, budgeting, scope, and delivery through agency processes, aligning resources and timelines.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor's degree with at least one year in healthcare advertising or related fields, strong communication, and teamwork under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent plus at least 1 year of relevant industry experience: healthcare advertising or interactive/professional services.
• Previous project management and project planning experience (at least 1 year).
• Ability to collaborate closely with others in a team environment under tight deadlines.

You know that the outcome of a project hinges on two things: the plan and the people.

In this role, you will manage multidisciplinary teams and oversee the production of agency work. You will handle execution and management of multichannel projects through agency development processes, estimating and scope of work composition, budget and scope management, multichannel delivery expertise, team leadership and communication, and creative problem solving. You will:

• Effectively manage on-time, on-budget delivery of projects for account(s) up to $2mm through use of appropriate resources and processes
• Draft and track statements of work, budget estimates and scope definitions for digital and traditional projects
• Provide schedules for development of multichannel projects including timing for each step of the development process
• Balance agency/customer needs and consult appropriate team members for input/approvals of proposed timing and cost scenarios

Essential Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent plus at least 1 year of relevant industry experience: healthcare advertising or interactive/professional services
• Previous project management and project planning experience (at least 1 year)
• Ability to collaborate closely with others in a team environment under tight deadlines

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $73,000 to $85,000. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
