Job summary

Renewyx seeks a Healthcare Project Manager in San Francisco, CA to drive hospital programmes with OSHPD and HCAI expertise from inception through completion. You will deliver high-stakes projects for a leading California GC and coordinate across disciplines to meet client expectations.

The role requires California-based presence, strong office and field coordination, and the ability to manage complex MEP coordination on iconic healthcare facilities.

• Hospital project leadership or No. 2 to a Superintendent or Project Executive.
• Strong office and field capability, including complex MEP coordination.

California healthcare construction is a specialism. OSHPD and HCAI experience is not something you pick up on a standard commercial build. If you have it, from inception through completion, one of the most respected healthcare GCs in California wants to talk.

Renewyx are working with a leading California GC on multiple healthcare construction hires across NorCal and SoCal. They are active on some of the most recognized hospital programmes in the state: Stanford, Kaiser SF, Marina del Rey, Cedars-Sinai, Providence, and UCLA.

What this looks like in 90 days:

You are embedded in a major hospital programme, your OSHPD and HCAI knowledge is driving delivery, and the client sees you as the person who makes it happen.

What you'll bring:

• OSHPD/HCAI experience from inception through project completion
• Hospital project leadership or No. 2 to a Superintendent or Project Executive
• Strong office and field capability, including complex MEP coordination
• California-based, NorCal or SoCal

The package:

• Location: NorCal and SoCal (Stanford, Kaiser SF, Marina del Rey, Cedars-Sinai, Providence, UCLA)
• Contract: Permanent
• Salary: $170,000 to $210,000 (dependent on role and experience)
• Bonus: Project-based
