Role Description The Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Southern California, responsible for overseeing construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. This role plans and coordinates project schedules, manages budgets and contracts, and ensures that work complies with design documents, building codes, and safety standards. The Project Manager leads communication among owners, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams, facilitating meetings, resolving issues, and tracking progress against milestones. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing procurement and expediting of materials, reviewing inspections, coordinating logistics on and off the job site, preparing reports, and supporting accurate documentation and change management.
Qualifications
Education
BS degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent work experience in building construction.
Work Experience
3 Minimum or more years project experience in construction environments (heavy civil preferred). Project management experience in construction is a requirement.
