Base pay range

$50.00/hr - $60.00/hr

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client in San Antonio, TX that is seeking a Project Manager. Summary: The IT Project Manager role entails overseeing multifaceted IT projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards. This position manages enterprise-wide strategic projects, reporting progress to Senior Leadership. Responsibilities include:

• Project Manager will direct project teams
• Developing product roadmaps
• Defining project objectives and plans
• Collaborating with business and IT SMEs
• Managing system implementations
• Creating and executing project plans
• As a Project Manager, you will deliver progress reports and presentations
• Conducting post-mortems
• Defining project success criteria
• Managing changes in project scope
• Identifying resources, resolving issues, and keeping teams informed
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in relevant fields
• Project management certification
• 5 years of project management experience
• Experience working in the healthcare industry
• Claims/clinical data understanding
• Proficiency in system development lifecycles and MS Office and familiarity with industry tools
  
  

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
