Interim Project Manager - Insurance | Remote | Contract through Dec 2025
Vaco is partnering with a client seeking an Interim Project Manager with insurance industry experience (P&C or Health) for a strategic initiative running through December 2025. This is a non-technical PM role focused on cross-functional coordination across product, actuarial, IT, and operations.
We're looking for someone smart, proactive, and coachable - a go-getter who brings a few years of PM experience and thrives in ambiguity. PMP or Six Sigma preferred. Strong PowerPoint skills are essential for communicating complex ideas clearly to leadership.
Ideal candidates lead through influence, not authority, and are comfortable navigating evolving priorities. Must have a strong cultural fit, with a flexible mindset and collaborative spirit.
