Job summary

eMetric, a San Antonio based technology platforms provider for K-12 education, seeks a Project Manager to lead high-profile projects and manage relationships with clients. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and an excellent communicator.

You will define scope, gather requirements, and serve as the main client contact. The role requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field and 3+ years of PM experience, preferably in education/measurement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
  • 3+ years of project management experience.
  • Experience in education/measurement domain preferred.
  • Hybrid in-office at least once per week in San Antonio, TX.

Responsibilities

  • Define project scope, requirements, and goals with clients.
  • Serve as primary contact with clients.
  • Maintain project documentation (charter, SOW, change requests).
  • Coordinate scheduling and resources with staff.
  • Lead internal and client meetings.
  • Create user guides and provide training.
  • Identify improvements to development, delivery, QA, and support processes.
  • Understand client needs and promote eMetric solutions.

eMetric is a San Antonio based technology platforms provider for K-12 education seeking a talented Project Manager. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing and leading one or more high-profile projects while effectively managing relationships among team members and with clients. Responsibilities
  • Defines project scope, requirements, and business goals. Works with clients to clarify or modify requirements
  • Serves as primary contact with clients
  • Writes and maintains project documentation, including project charter, scope of work, change requests, and business rules
  • Works with other staff to resolve scheduling conflicts and resource constraints
  • Plans and leads internal team meetings and external client meetings
  • Creates product user guides, conducts training, and provides client support
  • Understands client business needs and promotes appropriate eMetric solutions
  • Identifies ways to improve and adapt development, delivery, QA, and support procedures when appropriate
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, education, educational measurement/statistics, information technology, or related field
  • Familiarity with K-12 software development life cycle, project management, and business analysis tasks and techniques
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Able to clearly present complex ideas to clients and other staff members in both verbal and written formats
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects at the same time. Pays close attention to details
  • 3+ years previous project management work experience and/or work experience in educational measurement is preferred
  • Background check required
  • This is a Hybrid position in San Antonio, TX. Team member is required to be in-office at least once per week and as needed for client needs.
  • Position is not eligible for employment sponsorship, OPT, or CPT.
