Job summary

ST Engineering San Antonio Aerospace, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to oversee aircraft maintenance projects from induction through delivery, delivering safe, high quality maintenance solutions while exceeding customer expectations.

You will lead the effort across departments, coordinate staff and resources, monitor progress, and communicate status to customers to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes. This role emphasizes leadership, safety, and clear stakeholder communication in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Two years of college or trade school preferred.
• Minimum five years of commercial aircraft maintenance experience.
• Minimum two years of lead or supervisory experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership, customer service, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to prioritize, delegate, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead aircraft maintenance projects and ensure successful completion on time, on budget, incident free, and to quality standards.
• Create detailed project plans identifying activities, resources, and schedules necessary for project success.
• Coordinate maintenance staff and resources to support project execution and customer commitments.
• Monitor project progress and revise plans as required to achieve milestones and delivery objectives.
• Review schedules with management and communicate project status to stakeholders.
• Ensure assigned personnel are qualified to perform work on customer programs.
• Direct workflow across departments to maintain efficient operations.
• Monitor labor hours and task completion performance.
• Interface with customer representatives and conduct project status meetings.
• Manage overtime usage, staffing resources, and project budgets.
• Support customer satisfaction and elevate concerns when necessary.
